This firm’s dynamic practice group serves a full range of private, public and non-profit employers in a variety of employee benefits matters. Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of experience with employee benefits/ERISA at a top law firm, government agency, or accounting firm, as well as experience with welfare benefit programs, ERISA Title 1 issues, mergers and acquisitions, and drafting, negotiating and counseling on compensation arrangements and strong academic credentials.
