About the Position:
Our client, a sophisticated Midwest-based law firm, is actively seeking two real estate attorneys to join its Chicago office as an Associate and/or Counsel (depending on level of experience). Attorneys in this practice represent a wide variety of commercial, hospitality, industrial, retail, office, multi-family residential development, and shopping center clients across the spectrum of real estate transactions.

Responsibilities:
· Advise real estate developers, owners, investors, and lenders on structuring and executing complex commercial real estate and financing transactions

Required Qualifications:
· 2+ and/or 6+ years of commercial real estate experience in a private practice setting, spanning the entire lifecycle of transactions, including lending, land development, closing, and leasing transactions
· If a candidate is a more senior associate or counsel level attorney, an interest in business development is preferred

Location:
Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $190,000+. (Compensation will be higher for candidates coming in as Counsel)
