Our client, a renowned international law firm, is seeking an experienced asset management attorney (3+ years) to join its Chicago office as a mid/senior-level associate or practice counsel. The attorneys in this highly regarded practice represent fund sponsors in the structuring and formation of private investment funds in nearly all strategies and receive support from lawyers in the firm’s other offices and practice areas.

Responsibilities:
· Advise clients on investment management and compliance matters and with the formation, structuring, and ongoing management of private investment funds
Required Qualifications:
· 3 or more years of asset management experience
· Experience with advising clients on investment management and compliance matters, as well as the formation, structuring, and ongoing management of private investment funds
· Knowledge of the Investment Advisers Act
· Strong academic credentials

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $260,000 – $435,000+.
