Our client, a privately-held aircraft leasing company, is actively seeking an in-house transactional attorney to join its growing team as an Associate General Counsel. Target candidates will have significant corporate/transactional legal experience. Required Qualifications:
· 5-7 years of transactional experience
Preferred Qualifications (not required):
· Aviation/aviation finance experience
· Equipment leasing or commercial real estate experience
· Project finance experience
