This practice group has over 200 attorneys worldwide who regularly work on complex restructurings for clients including investors, multinational companies, lenders, and asset purchasers. Target candidates will have 1 or more years of representing lenders and creditors in debt restructurings, financing matters, and business reorganizations. Must have strong academic credentials.
