About the Position:
Our client, a leading international law firm with a large and established Chicago office, has an immediate need for a corporate capital markets lawyer with 4+ years of experience to join its Securities/Capital Markets group as an associate.

Responsibilities:
· Work on all stages of sophisticated underwritten offerings, registered directs and confidentially marketed public offerings
· Draft statements and disclosures, including 10-K’s and 10-Q’s

Required Qualifications:
· 4 or more years of equity capital markets experience
· Experience drafting registration statements and Exchange Act disclosure
· Background with M&A is a plus
· Strong academic credentials
