About the Position:
Our client, a long-standing mid-sized Chicago law firm, is actively seeking a litigator to join as an associate. This entrepreneurial and dynamic firm represents an array of clients, from Fortune 500 corporations to small start-ups, in complex matters throughout the world. Target candidates for this position will have 3+ years of commercial litigation experience, including depositions, written discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative practice where you will gain significant experience handling cases at a high level.

Required Qualifications:
· 3 or more years of commercial litigation experience, including researching and writing legal memoranda; drafting pleadings, substantive motions, and written discovery; taking and preparing depositions for trial; and first or second-chairing trials and evidentiary hearings
· Experience working directly with clients
