About the Position:
Our client, a prestigious law firm, is seeking a transactional construction lawyer with 4+ years of large law firm and/or in-house experience to join its highly-regarded Chicago office as an associate. This global firm is a leader in international construction matters, and target candidates will have 4+ years of construction experience. Must have excellent academic credentials. Required Qualifications:
· A minimum of four years of construction experience, particularly with transactional matters, drafting and negotiating EPC agreements, as well as a strong knowledge of local, federal, and international construction laws
· Must have excellent academic credentials
· An engineering or project management background is preferred
