Our client, the Chicago office of a premier international Am Law firm, is actively seeking a corporate attorney to join its Corporate and Finance group as an associate. This nationally top-ranked practice represents clients across a variety of industries including financial institutions, life sciences, healthcare, energy and information technology. Target candidates will have 5 or more years of large law firm corporate experience, including with M&A deals. This is a fantastic opportunity to bring your experience to a large and sophisticated Am Law firm.
Required Qualifications:
· 5 or more years of corporate transactional experience, specifically with M&A transactions
· Strong drafting and negotiating skills
· Ability to independently manage components of deals
