This top-tier practice group represents a wide range of well-known companies and investors in corporate and securities matters. Target candidates will have at least four years of corporate experience, including drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, and top academic credentials. Experience with motor vehicle and/or franchise agreements is preferred, but not required.
