About the Position:
Our client, a Midwest based national law firm, is actively seeking an experienced corporate transactions lawyer to join as an associate in its dynamic Chicago office. This well-regarded group is recognized for structuring, negotiating and documenting business transactions, including cross-border transactions, and target candidates will have 3+ years of strong law firm corporate transactions experience representing buy-side and sell-side clients in all forms of M&A, strategic alliances, and financing transactions. Must have excellent academic credentials. This is a terrific opportunity to join the nationally recognized practice of a collegial AmLaw firm.
