This well-regarded group is recognized for structuring, negotiating and documenting business transactions, including cross-border transactions, and target candidates will have 3+ years of strong law firm corporate transactions experience representing buy-side and sell-side clients in all forms of M&A, strategic alliances, and financing transactions.
