About the Position:
Our client, a Silicon Valley-based international law firm renowned for its market-leading work with tech and start-up clients, is actively seeking a startups and emerging growth attorney to join as an Emerging Companies Resource Attorney in their elite law firm practice. This Chambers-ranked practice works across areas including sports tech, clean tech, and clean energy among others, and the person in this position will be responsible for drafting and managing template documents, developing legal education trainings and content, handling knowledge management, practice innovation and technology projects, developing content for publications, and monitoring legal and regulatory developments relating to the practice. This is a terrific opportunity to utilize your deep practice area experience in a non-billable and important role for the firm.

Required Qualifications:
· 4 to 6 years of experience in a corporate/transactional practice
· Experience working with large later stage private companies involving private company counseling
· Strong drafting skills are required
