Target candidates will have 7+ years of employee benefits experience, including with non-ERISA employers, ESOPs, retirement plans, and executive compensation. Additionally, some non-benefits/corporate experience is preferred, as is $300K+ in portable business. LL.M. in taxation is a plus.
