About the Position:
Our client, a full-service entrepreneurial Chicago law firm, is actively seeking an experienced/partner-level employee benefits and executive compensation lawyer to join its busy and sophisticated practice as a partner. Target candidates will have significant experience working closely with clients on all aspects of employee benefits & executive compensation matters including designing, implementing, and reviewing qualified retirement plans. Additionally, the attorney will be analyzing ERISA requirements, as well as drafting healthcare and welfare plans, non-qualified deferred compensation plans, and stock option agreements. Required Qualifications:
· Significant experience working closely with clients on all aspects of employee benefits & executive compensation matters, including:
· Designing, implementing, and reviewing qualified retirement plans
· Analyzing ERISA requirements
· Drafting healthcare and welfare plans, non-qualified deferred compensation plans, and stock option agreements
· Portable business is required
