Our client, a large international law firm, is actively seeking an attorney to join as a mid-level associate in the benefits and executive compensation practice group in its Chicago office. This Chambers-ranked practice group assists clients from all over the world, ranging from start-ups to Fortune 100 companies. Target candidates for this position will have 3 or more years of experience with retirement and executive compensation, benefit plans and ESOP. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your experience at a sophisticated Am Law firm!
· 3 or more years of experience advising on employee benefits matters, including qualified retirement plans, health and welfare plans, fiduciary governance and nonqualified plans
· Experience advising on compensation and benefits issues in corporate transactions, including ESOP transactions
· Strong academic credentials
· Top of market compensation
