About the Position:
Our client, an established entrepreneurial Chicago law firm, is actively seeking an attorney with broad employment and employee benefits experience (3 or more years) to join its sophisticated practice as a mid to senior level associate. The attorneys in this practice have extensive experience handling virtually every type of employment matter while working with both companies and C-Suite executives. Target candidates for this position will have 3 or more years of both transactional and litigation employment law experience, including significant experience drafting employment documents as well as litigating employment-related claims (discrimination, wage and hour, restrictive covenant). Required Qualifications:
· 3 or more years of experience counseling employers on issues relating to compliance with federal, state and local employment laws
· Experience litigating discrimination, wage and hour, restrictive covenant and other employment-related claims
· Exposure to/experience with traditional labor matters, the employment aspects of corporate transactions, and/or representation of senior executives is a plus

· Dynamic and entrepreneurial full-service Chicago law firm
