We are working with a leading international law firm that has an active need for an employment lawyer with 3-4 years of experience to join as an associate in Chicago. This practice works with clients across a variety of industries, including food and beverage, health, life sciences, media and entertainment, private client, professional and financial services, retail, technology, and transportation and logistics.

Responsibilities:
· Counsel employers on a range of employment issues, including HR, wage and hour, employment agreements, RIFs, Title VII, ADA, FMLA, WARN, employment-related arbitration and litigation, and employment-related policies
· Represent companies in litigation to prevent disclosure of trade secrets or violation of non-compete, non-solicit, and other post-employment obligations
Required Qualifications:
· 3-4 years of employment counseling and litigation experience
· Experience with non-compete/trade secret litigation preferred
· Class action litigation experience is a plus
· Strong academic credentials and writing skills

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $260,000 – $310,000.
