Responsibilities:
· Advise developers, investors, lenders, and sponsors in the acquisition, sale, development, and financing of energy and other infrastructure projects
· Prepare first drafts/initial markups of complex legal agreements relating to purchase/membership interest, equity capital contributions, joint ventures, tax credit transfers, loans and security documents
Required Qualifications:
· 4-7 years of experience with energy project finance including utility scale power and infrastructure projects, cash equity investment structures
· Experience handling M&A and debt and tax equity financings of energy projects and transactions
· Substantial experience in sponsor-side project finance work
· Strong knowledge of highly structured, financial model-driven investment transactions, expertise in limited and non-recourse project financings and understanding of the power sector industry, renewables in particular
· Prior client-facing experience and ability to independently run transaction closings with a large number of third-party closing deliverables
· Excellent academic credentials
