Our client, a sophisticated Midwest-based law firm, is actively seeking executive compensation attorneys to join its collegial Chicago office at the associate or partner-level (depending on experience). This collaborative practice group represents both public and privately-held companies, tax-exempt entities, and compensation committees. Target candidates will have broad executive compensation experience including designing and drafting employment agreements and short-term and long-term incentive plans, advising companies on executive compensation and governance and handling executive compensation issues related to corporate transactions.
