Our client, A prestigious global law firm with a large and established Chicago office, has an immediate need for a finance attorney to join its robust private equity group in Chicago as a mid-level associate. Responsibilities:
· Represent lenders, private equity sponsors, and public and private companies in a wide variety of complex financing transactions
· Advise clients on a variety of financings, including debt, mezzanine and second lien
· Guide clients through SBIC licensing process, and counsel clients on regulatory matters related to SBIC licensure

Required Qualifications:
· 4 or more years of general corporate experience, including mezzanine debt experience
· Experience with SBIC funds is a plus
