We are working with an Am Law 100 Firm that has an immediate need for a financial services litigation associate (3+ years of experience) to join its premier and established Chicago office. Responsibilities:
· Assist with representing clients in financial services litigation matters involving distressed loans and creditor and lender liability
· Take and defend depositions and appear in court
Required Qualifications:
· 3 or more years of financial services litigation experience
· Experience taking/defending depositions and appearing in court
