About the Position:
Our client, a real estate investment and redevelopment company, is actively seeking a real estate attorney to join its busy in-house legal team as Associate General Counsel in its Chicago or Boston office. The individual in this role will be responsible for drafting and negotiating a wide range of contracts and transactional agreements, including NDAs, joint venture agreements, and purchase and sale agreements, as well as having involvement in title matters, easements, estoppels and environmental and zoning issues and managing outside counsel. Qualifications:
• 2+ years of real estate transactional experience
• Experience negotiating and drafting real estate transactions agreements (NDAs, joint venture, purchase and sales agreements, etc) preferred
