About the Position:
Our client, a well-known national corporation, is actively seeking a corporate generalist attorney to join its in-house legal team in Sarasota, Florida. Candidates should have 7+ years of experience in a broad range of legal matters, including drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts and other legal documents. Legal matters will include contracts, labor & employment, real estate, intellectual property, compliance, and risk management. This is a fantastic opportunity to join the small in-house legal team of a top-rated company and work with a General Counsel who is an incredible mentor.

Required Qualifications:
· 7 or more years of experience as a corporate generalist
. Experience with employment matters is preferred, but not required
