Our client, a well-known national corporation, is actively seeking a labor and employment lawyer to join its in-house legal team in their Southwest Florida headquarters. Candidates should have labor and employment experience, including with EEOC discrimination claims, wage and hour issues, and NLRB/union matters. In addition, experience with basic contracts, including NDAs, supply agreements, and service agreements is preferred.
