Responsibilities will include:
• Monitoring the status and coordinating closings of private equity fund investments
• Preparing various legal documents, such as investment approval documentation, corporate resolutions, closing lists and formation documents
• Ensuring closing documents are in compliance with company guidelines
• Maintaining internal records and spreadsheets
Target candidates for this exceptional opportunity will have an undergraduate degree in business administration or law (paralegal certificate is a plus), and experience managing multiple closings in private equity investments, mergers and acquisitions, and debt finance.
