About the Position:
Our client, an established global company headquartered in Chicago’s Northern suburbs, is actively seeking an attorney with 15+ years of large law firm and/or in-house commercial contracting experience to join its dynamic legal team as a VP of Legal Affairs – Commercial. The individual in this high-level role, leading the company’s commercial contracts function, can be based in either the company’s downtown Chicago or Northern suburbs location and will work closely with the Chief Legal Officer and the company’s Leadership Team. The broad and significant responsibilities of this position include leading the legal team globally in commercial contracting, regional legal affairs, privacy, data use/data governance and cybersecurity as well as reviewing and improving all aspects of the commercial contracting process.
