About the Position:
Our client, a large international law firm, is actively seeking an attorney with insurance related transactions experience to join as an associate in its Chicago office. This firm’s insurance practice represents some of the nation’s largest insurance industry clients on corporate and strategic transactions including mergers, acquisitions, affiliations, reinsurance, conversions and demutualizations. Target candidates for this position will have 4 or more years of experience working on a full range of transactional matters, including M&A, restructuring transactions, and regulatory matters. Required Qualifications:
