We are working with an international Am Law 100 firm with a robust client base that has an immediate need for an experienced IP litigator (4+ yrs) to join as an associate in its Chicago office, and focus on patent litigation. Responsibilities:
· Advise clients on all aspects of patent litigation
· Handle pre-litigation matters, including pre-suit investigations, discovery, cease-and-desist letters and patent clearance searches
Required Qualifications:
· 4+ years of patent litigation experience
· Clerkship experience preferred
· Excellent academic credentials
