Our client, a sophisticated Midwest-based law firm, is seeking an intellectual property litigation lawyer to join the firm as an associate in its busy Chicago practice. This experienced and dedicated practice group represents clients in a variety of proceedings before state and federal courts and judicial bodies throughout the country. Target candidates will have two or more years of intellectual property litigation experience, including brief writing, discovery and trial preparation.
