About the Position:
We are working with a dynamic Chicago law firm that has an immediate need for an intellectual property/trademark attorney to join its practice as an associate or partner (depending on experience) and work on all aspects of trademark prosecution, licensing, and enforcement. This practice represents clients ranging from start-ups to established companies in the full range of technology and IP matters.

Responsibilities:
· Represent clients ranging from start-ups to established companies in trademark prosecution, litigation, enforcement, and licensing
· Counsel clients on commercial agreements, technology transactions, and IP licensing matters

Required Qualifications:
· 5 or more years of trademark experience
· Previous experience with IP litigation, licensing, and enforcement, as well as technology transactions matters
· Strong academic credentials
