This law firm has one of the country’s largest labor and employment practice groups and serves its broad client base on all types of matters that can arise in the workplace. Target candidates will have strong employment litigation experience, including interviewing witnesses, taking and defending depositions, drafting pleadings and motions, and appearing in court. Must have knowledge of state and federal labor and employment laws and excellent academic credentials.
