About the Position:

Our client, a strong Midwest-based law firm, is actively seeking a litigation paralegal to join its busy Chicago office. The individual in this role will be responsible for monitoring deadlines, managing cases, filing documents with the courts, drafting filings and documents, and assisting with depositions, arbitrations, and trial preparation. Target candidates for this role will have 5+ years of litigation experience (labor and employment is a plus!). This is a fantastic opportunity to join the sophisticated practice of a law firm with Midwestern roots and work closely with the attorneys in the group!

Required Qualifications:

· 5 or more years of experience with litigation, preferably labor/employment litigation with discovery and trial experience
. Experience with discovery software, specifically Relativity
. ABA-approved paralegal certificate preferred
