About the Position:
Our client, a prestigious Am Law 50 firm, has an active need for a life sciences transactional attorney to join its Chicago office as a mid to senior-level associate. This highly-regarded practice represents a well-known roster of clients, including over 20 of the pharmaceutical and medical device companies ranked in the 2025 Global Fortune 500.

Responsibilities:
· Advise pharma, biotech, and technology clients with respect to their contractual arrangements
· Draft and negotiate pharma and biotech agreements, including manufacturing and supply agreements, distribution agreements, services agreements, collaborations and licensing deals

Required Qualifications:
· 4 to 7 years of experience with representation of life sciences companies (specifically with drafting and negotiating pharma and biotech collaborations and licensing deals and other operational agreements)
· Excellent academic credentials

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary rage for this position is $310,000 – $420,000.
