About the Position:
Our client, an international law firm with a large and established Chicago office, is actively seeking an attorney to join its life sciences practice as a senior associate. This firm’s life sciences group is one of the largest in the country, and the highly-recognized lawyers on this team handle regulation, compliance, M&A, and licensing and distribution. Ideal candidates will have 6+ years of law firm experience with life sciences transactions and/or substantial experience as in-house counsel in the life sciences industry. Required Qualifications:
· 6 or more years of law firm experience with life sciences transactions and/or substantial experience as in-house counsel in the life sciences industry
· Experience drafting and negotiating a variety of transactional agreements, such as license agreements, operational agreements (NDAs, MTAS, MSAs, etc.), and product purchase and sale agreements
