About the Position:
Our client, a prestigious law firm known for its impressive global footprint and inclusive atmosphere, is seeking a construction attorney with 4 or more years of experience to join as an Associate or Counsel (depending on level of experience) in its Chicago office. This practice has a worldwide reputation for helping developers achieve complex and ambitious project goals, and the individual in this role will handle a significant amount of contracts work, reviewing and drafting documents, including engineering, procurement, construction agreements, as well as long-term service agreements. Ideal candidates will have a broad range of sophisticated construction experience, as well as a background in engineering and/or project management.

Required Qualifications:
· 4 or more years of construction transactions experience (law firm or in-house)
· Experience drafting and negotiating engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) agreements
· Engineering or project management background preferred
· Spanish language skills a plus
