About the Position:
Our client, a highly-regarded international law firm, is actively seeking an associate to join its intellectual property team in Chicago. This firm is nationally ranked in patent litigation and the firm’s patent trial attorneys handle cases involving pharmaceuticals, biologics, software, electronics, and medical devices. Attorneys in the pharmaceutical space represent patent holders and developers of biosimilar and generic drugs. Target candidates will have three or more years of pharma patent litigation experience and an advanced degree in biochemistry, molecular biology, or similar preferred. Required Qualifications:
· 3 or more years of pharma patent litigation experience
· Degree in biochemistry, molecular biology, or similar (MS or PhD preferred)
