Our client, a leading global law firm headquartered in Chicago, is actively seeking an experienced (5 or more years) patent prosecution paralegal to join its busy Intellectual Property practice. This nationally recognized law firm has a full-service IP practice and represents clients in a wide array of industries including aviation, railroad and marine in the United States and internationally. Target candidates for this role will have law firm experience with preparing and filing U.S. and foreign patents and trademark applications, working with a variety of IP-related databases, and interacting directly with clients. Bachelor’s degree is required. Ideally, candidates will have an ABA-approved paralegal certificate as well as proficiency in navigating the PAIR system and USPTO database.
