About the Position:
Our client, a Midwest-based national law firm, is actively seeking a privacy lawyer to join as a mid-level associate in its dynamic Chicago office. This well-regarded group represents clients in a wide array of complex privacy matters, including developing compliance programs, negotiating complex technology transactions, and counseling on a broad range of national and international privacy issues. Target candidates will have 3+ years of experience with privacy technology transactions and the desire for a busy and sophisticated practice at a premier Am Law firm.

Required Qualifications:
· 3 or more years of experience in privacy, particularly technology transactions, cybersecurity risk management, privacy program management, compliance counseling, etc.
· Strong knowledge of U.S. and international technology regulations and laws
