About the Position:
Our client, a Midwest-based national law firm with a large and established Chicago office, is actively seeking a real estate attorney to join its team as a mid-level associate. This Chambers-ranked practice group represents a diverse client base, including developers, builders, retailers, venture capitalists, and REITs in a full range of real estate matters. Target candidates will have 5 or more years of commercial real estate, experience including acquisitions and dispositions, development, financing, and leasing. Experience with zoning and land use matters is preferred and must have strong academic credentials.

Required Qualifications:
· 5 or more years of commercial real estate transactions experience, including acquisitions and dispositions, development, financing, and leasing
