Responsibilities:
· Advise clients in the United States and abroad on a range of commercial real estate transactions across a spectrum of real estate classes, including retail, lodging, office, industrial, and hospitality projects
· Work on commercial real estate transactions including financings, acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, and leasing

Required Qualifications:
· 1 or more years of real estate transactions experience, including financings, joint ventures, acquisitions, dispositions, fund formation, and leasing matters
· Excellent academic credentials
