About the Position:
Our client, a distinguished global law firm, is seeking a finance attorney to join its Corporate Trust Subgroup (within the Finance & Banking Practice) in Chicago as a mid-level Associate. This practice represents corporate trustees, custodians, collateral agents, and escrow agents in a wide range of transactions and activities, from initial launch through administration, including workout and default scenarios.

Responsibilities:
· Act as trustee and agent in various secured and unsecured financings to financial institutions and other service providers
· Provide legal advice and support on a variety of structured finance matters
· Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents

Required Qualifications:
· 3-5 years of experience corporate finance experience, with a preference for structured finance experience
· Experience representing trustees and/or collateral agents preferred

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $250,000 – $305,000.
