About the Position:
Our client, an international Am Law firm based in Chicago, is actively seeking a trust and estate planning paralegal to join its growing practice. This prominent law firm represents clients in all facets of trust and estate administration, including tax planning, tax return preparation, record maintenance, claim review, and distribution of assets. Target candidates for this role will have a minimum of five years of law firm experience drafting and reviewing estate planning and related documents, preparing tax returns and corporate agreements, and communicating directly with clients. Bachelor’s degree is required, and an ABA-approved paralegal certificate and accounting experience are preferred. Required Qualifications:
· 5 or more years of law firm estate planning experience, including drafting and reviewing all types of tax returns and estate planning documents, conducting research, working directly with clients, and maintaining dockets
