Our client, a dynamic mid-sized law firm, is actively seeking a trusts and estates attorney to join its sophisticated practice in its office located in Chicago’s western suburbs. The attorneys in this practice regularly represent clients in financial and estate planning, tax, and probate matters. The target candidates will have 3+ years of trusts and estates experience including trust and estate administration, gift and estate tax planning, family business succession planning, and drafting wills, trusts, and powers of attorneys.
