Legal Administrative Support – Real Estate
Our client, a publicly-traded industrial real estate company, is actively seeking an investment administrator with a Bachelor’s Degree and 3+ years of related administrative and legal experience – and some general real estate knowledge – to join its office in the Chicago Loop.
Responsibilities will include:
- Providing support to attorneys and lenders on various aspects of financing and development projects, including assembling materials, preparing schedules, and coordinating execution of contracts and closing documents
- Maintaining closing records and due diligence files
- Scheduling and arranges meetings, interviews, conferences, etc.
- Assisting with renewal of consulting agreements and insurance
Target candidates for this position will have strong computer and organizational skills and familiarity with all Microsoft Office programs, as well as an understanding of legal terminology and concepts.
