About the Position:
Our client, the Chicago office of a prestigious global Am Law firm, is actively seeking a corporate or finance transactions attorney to join its elite structured transactions practice group as a mid-level associate. The attorneys in this nationally recognized practice represent some of the most well-known global financial services institutions around the world, and target candidates will have 3 or more years of corporate and/or finance transactions experience (structured finance and securitization experience is preferred).
