About the Position:
Our client, a highly-regarded international law firm renowned for its market-leading work with tech and start-up clients, is actively seeking a data privacy and security litigator to join its leading practice as a mid/senior-level associate or counsel (depending on experience). This nationally recognized practice group has a global presence and represents some of the world’s most well-known companies with cyber, data, and privacy matters.

Required Qualifications:
· 4 or more years of litigation or regulatory investigations experience with consumer protection matters and/or have experience with defending data privacy and security class actions
· Large law firm experience and strong academic credentials

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $310,000 – $390,000.
