About the Position:
We are working with an established mid-size Chicago law firm with a strong middle-market practice that has an immediate need for a partner-level finance attorney (15+ years of experience) to join its sophisticated practice. A portable book of business is not required, and this can be a reduced hours position (20-30 hours possible). This is an amazing opportunity to bring your skills to an established finance practice and build on pre-existing client relationships.

Responsibilities:
· Represent private/public corporations and banks in a wide variety of finance matters
· Counsel clients in secured financings
· Handle term loans, revolving credit facilities, and letters of credit

Required Qualifications:
· 15 or more years of significant finance and lending experience, including lending transactions, secured financings, letters of credit, workouts, and bankruptcy reorganizations experience with commercial/industrial/traditional lending
· No portable business required, though some business is always welcomed
