Our client, an Am Law 200 firm headquartered in Chicago, is actively seeking a finance attorney with large law firm experience to join its nationally recognized practice. This highly-regarded group is well-known for representing private equity firms, major banks, and airlines in complex finance transactions in the U.S. and abroad. Required Qualifications:
· 2 to 5 years of transactional experience with leveraged finance, capital markets, securitizations, structured finance, private equity, project finance, and/or aviation
· Large law firm experience
· Excellent academic credentials

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $235,000 – $300,000.
