Responsibilities:
· Work with the national head of the healthcare group, and with attorneys and clients to provide client guidance on healthcare transactional matters
· Advise healthcare clients on transactions including joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, and asset and equity acquisition transactions
· Assist clients with corporate and organizational workflow, including assisting with formations, capital raises, operational strategy, contract negotiations and other day-to-day corporate matters

Required Qualifications:
· 4 or more years of healthcare M&A and/or private equity experience
· Excellent academic credentials
